Sales Management 2.0

Congratulations, Brad, for creating this great resource.

After one career in sales and sales management, and a second as a consultant, trainer and coach, I founded ES Research Group, Inc., in 2005. ESR provides independent research and analysis, mainly of sales training programs and providers. But we also research and report on sales performance improvement more broadly, such as Sales 2.0, methodologies, tools, e-Learning, etc.

ESR provides no sales training or consulting. We don't compete with anyone that does.

Half our revenues come from the sale of reports which range from $29 to $2,000. The rest come from custom advisory services; we work with companies helping them understand their sales performance improvement requirements and alternatives available to them. With our clients, we take an active role in the vendor evaluation and selection process, performing the needs analysis, writing RFPs, and even sitting on steering committees.

You can get a good idea of what we do by visiting our site: www.ESResearch.com

Also, I keep my blog up to date, with posts most days of the week.

Welcome to the site! Sorry it took me so long to get to this... I have been out of town with my family for a few days and am still playing a bit of catch-up!
