About Me:: Experienced, successful sales professional in the recruiting and staffing industry. I have been with Headway Corporate Resources for more than 10 years. Headway is an innovator and leader in the field of human capital solutions.

Notably, we have established the Headway Recruitment Center (HRC) where trained recruiters "source" and screen candidates for our clients' staffing needs. They are skilled at finding passive candidates, those who are not actively seeking employment but would be interested if the right opportunity is presented.

Through the HRC, we have proactively established pools of screened candidates in locations nationwide.

We are a prime vendor for large national clients through vendor management systems (VMS). For one of our VMS clients we have staffed 9 locations and outperformed the other prime vendors combined by 70%.

I will gladly promote any post on the front page that is substantive or would be of value to the community. Also, this site does have a social networking component, so don't be afraid to promote yourself modestly or link out to your main blog.
