I was marketing data analyst for a company called Rocket Science, when the team was tasked with helping a client driving the performance of his Sales Team. Research showed that nothing in the market addressed the needs of the Sales Manager to help them communicate with their team, was easy to use of helped the manager steer his team to more selling opportunities......and could prove its impact.
2 years later we launched i-snapshot, which now has proven its self as: Easy to use, gives time back to the manager, is easy for the team to use so typically has >95% compliance, and has delivered a minimum of 25% additional selling opportunities.
I thought Sales Management had all been done, boy was I wrong and it is very exciting bringing proven success
